Welcome to WhoOwes ("App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WhoOwes application, including all features, content, and services offered through the application (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using the WhoOwes application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the WhoOwes Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use this Service and that they accept these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of WhoOwes, you must create an account by signing in with your Google account or Apple ID. You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
Accept all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to or use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice.
